![]() ![]() ![]() Hey everyone, I have a question regarding cats jumping up on counters. When I first got my kittens I would allow them to jump on counters ( I probly shouldn't have done this) Well now I am trying to break them of this habit, so I always have my squirt bottle ready and I have gotten them quite a few times, but I dont think it is working. I have also heard of putting cans with coins in them on the counters edge so when they jump up it knocks over and scares them off. Will this work? Does anyone have anyother way that might be more helpful? I just dont want them on the kitchen counters anymore. Any help would be appreciated...thanks ![]() IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Hello. It may be rather annoying for you to do this, but it does work. Cut out pieces of cardboard that are like your counters and then place double sided tape on them and then place the taped cardboard on the counters. Cats don't like to walk on tape. I'm sure after a week or two of this, they will stop jumping onto the counters. IP: Logged |
