my cat is pregnat(as a few of you know) and I was wondering where cats usually have their babies (although their are so many places i've heard none are usual).Gracie(the mom)isn't even 1 yet so she is very small.i've had her since she was 3 weeks old (June)so she knows all the places to hide.so what i'm asking is where do cats usually have their kittens??? thanks!

Generally, they seem to choose a spot which they feel is "safe"....this could be just about anywhere from under a bed, in a closet,in a cupboard, under a porch, ect. It might be wise to prepare a special area for her when its close to her due date.
My rescue cat had her kittens under my bed, I then moved her into the bathroom with the kittens and placed a large closed up cardboard box (I cut a hole cute in the side so she could get in and out of it easily) with a towel inside it in there for them to lay in. I only had her for a short time and had no idea she was pregnant so I was'nt able to prepare for this ahead of time.
