My cat Lilly refuses to eat her food. I bought a feeding syringe, put food in it and force-fed her but the little amount that she didn't spit out she threw up. Its like she is anorexic. She is on antibiotics from the vet. They kept her a few days and had her on iv's to re-hydrate her. If anyone can tell me what they think is wrong with her or what i should do..please contact me!!!! thanks. -Robin

Hello. I would go back to the vets and have them run some tests (blood and urine). What did your vet say was the cause?

Until she starts eating again, I would give her some nutrical. It's a vitamin paste you can get at most pet stores or from the vet. It will give her nutrients and is much more pleasant than force feeding. If she wont lick it off of your finger, just put a little bit on the roof of her mouth and she will eat it.
