Please help, my cat was missing for 2 days and we eventually found him lying inbetween our fence and nezxt door, but since he has come back he has not been himself. He will not eat, he wont even look at you if you pet him nor will he purr. This morning there was 2 or 3 piles of green stuff lying in his cat house and it was all foamy, I am afraid incase he was poisioned or something.

The only thing I can say is get him to a vet ASAP. Check his claws, if they are scuffed it is likely he has been hit by a car and may have internal bleeding. The sickness could be a sign of shock.
Equally though if he has been poisoned you need to get him to an emergecy vet, the quicker they can treat him the more chance he has of recovering.
Don't whatever you do leave it til tomorrow!

You're in Ireland, so I'm not sure if they have 24/7 emergency vets within a reasonable distance from you. If there is, please get your kitty into the car and drive over there right away. This sounds very serious and your cat may die if untreated. Also if there is no 24/7 emergency vet call your local vet. He/she should have an emergency phone number on the answer machine. If he/she doesn't pick up, keep calling and calling until they call you back and can meet you at the vets. Keep us posted.
