If you have Paint open the picture in it. Click on Image at the top of the screen then click on stretch/skew. You can re-size it there. I usually do 50 % and 50% or 40 % and 40%. Just make sure you re-size it the same horizontal and vertical or it will look funny.

Also saving it as jpg instead of bmp makes it a smaller file.

My kitten does the same thing.

I don't find it annoying at all. Much less annoying than when he's trying to catch my fingers as I type.

Mine like to walk across the keyboard, or step on it. Sometimes I get a whole row of jjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjj or something like that before I can get them off!
