Hi we resuced my kitten from the middle of a high way when she was just a few weeks old we guessed about 2 or 3. so we hand raised her i got up everyday every two hours for 6 weeks and bottle fed her. She stared off really skiddesh and then we figured out she had worms so we dewormed her and she acted fine then she got extermly mean. She won't let you pet her or hold her she bites straches everyone. Is this behavoir normal if not what should i do?

Hello. Welcome to the site. There is a chance your kitty may be experiencing pain somewhere on or in her body. Cat's that are in pain don't want to be touched or picked up. Is there anyway you get try to locate the exact area in which she doesn't want to be touched (i.e. her stomache, back and so on). Ideally, it would be best if a vet were to exam her. Let us know if there are any obvious lumps or sores on her.

Defiantely take her to the vet. More than likely if you picked her up off the road, she either was thrown, fell or injured some how.

It may be that she's strong enough to fight you since she's hurting somewhere now or, it could also be that she wasn't hurting until now, and she needs to be checked out.

GOod luck. keep us updated.
