I have a 5 yr old calico cat that lives at my parents house (i recently moved out)I have two kittens at my new house. Anyways Callie my five yr old female cat has been poohing around my parents house and not using her litter box (she has never done this before)she is also drinking more water than normal. Nay suggestions as to what may be wrong with her? My Dad thinks she's mad because I'm gone. I have no idea. Thanks

Does she pee in her box or not? Usually cats pee outside of the box when they are upset.

Also what is the poo like? If she has diarrhea she might not be able to make it back to the box.

I think a vet visit is in order. The excessive drinking could indict health problems like diabetes or kidney problems.
