So .. I have had my kitten for almost a month and a half.

The first 2 weeks she was great, playful and cute. She pood in the corner enough times, but we fixed that problem by putting her in the washroom at night (I still hate doing it).

Anyway, lately she's been sooooo wacky. She runs all over the place like a crazy maniac, she climbs up the screen door and the curtains, she claws up our backs/legs and is incredibly hyper and vocal.
Is this noraml behaviour? She gets pretty crazy sometimes. I've never owned a cat/kitten so I don't know if this is normal or if something is wrong. She has a vet appt next week, but is it really something to bring up at the vet?
She also eats like CRAZY. Seems hungry all the time.

You should see what happens when TWO cats get hyper and start chasing each other all over the house. It's time to put away the valuables at that point.

I think it's pretty normal. I have many ruined screens and curtains due to my cats trying to climb them. My cats mostly grew out of it. My one three year old still tries to claw at the window screens.

We have four cats ranging from 2 years to 6 years. If they all get in a mood... they're extremely hyper.

If you're worried at all, it wouldn't hurt to mention it to a vet. But, it sounds like your kitten is acting like a normal kitten.

When Bean was a kitten he used to run through the house from one end to the other and then jump and latch on to the top of my curtains. He actually tore one of the panels in half at one point. Glad he grew out of that.
