Since I had my 8 month old male neutered he has developed the strangest behaviour. He sits at your feet and if they are bare he licks and chews your toes. Occasionally he bites hard but generally it just tickles, I have no idea why he does this... any clues?

My siamese mix used to lick and nibble my toes and my fingers or lick my arms. She always purred while doing it...not sure exactly why they do things like that but its kind of humerous (unless it hurts )

I don't know the technical reason for it, but my cat nibbles on my arm when I'm petting him. He does it while kneeding and purring. I guess it's some sort of expression of feeling content.

He sometimes forgets that his nibble can be a painful bite!
