I have to share this with you all. MY parents have a 6 year old male cat named Poncho. The other day it was so hot that they put a ice cube in his water dish. Poncho approached this with caution and move slowly by inches towards his dish. When he was finally close enough to touch it the ice cube poped. He ran all the way into the basement and hid in the rafters.
