![]() ![]() My 4 year old male neutered cat has started peeing on the back door...i haven't seen him do it, but I believe it's him rather than the 11 year old female neutered other pet cat. My cats stay indoors and on the screened-in porch. The cat from across the street comes to peer in the screen or into our open garage, which is where the door is that the cat pees on. This is the only place I've found pee several times in the last couple months . Is he showing his territory to the other cat or what? And how can I break this habit...it smells!!! IP: Logged |

Yes, he is marking his territory because of this other cat coming around....to stop this you can try feliway which is a spray with phermones that you can spray in the area your cat is marking...its supposed to make him think he has no need to mark in that area again. You can learn more about it by checking the website: www.feliway.com Good luck! IP: Logged |
