My 2 year old cat that i've had for over a year has been vomiting profusely since monday evening, won't eat anything (we tried dry, wet, cat treats, even baby food) and is keeping to himself and not responding to me or our other cats...

Anybody have any ideas?

I am having the same problem with our kitty. She is only two years old, also and was diagnosed with kidney failure. We took her to our regular vets that suggested that she stay for a few nights for iv fluids. She was very dehydrated, wasn't pooping and wasn't eating. She would attempt to drink but only had enough energy to take a few sips. We hope that she pulls through this, and maybe if you talk to your vets, you can get your kitty back to normal, too. good luck. write back to how your kitty is doing, i'm curious to know what was wrong?
