![]() ![]() Same problem! My cat won't eat. Just stopped eating and drinking about 3 days ago. And is lethargic, laying around. Tries to purr. Getting better at it again. Looks like she WANTS to eat, but can't. Have been to vet every day this week, hydrating, x-rays, enima for gas and being plugged up, etc. Ultrasound is next, to rule out tumors or thick lining of intestinal walls. Any advice anyone? And how are your cats doing now? 10/09/02 IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() My sister is fostering two three-month-old sick kittens from the Oregon Humane Society, and we are having the same problem with one of them. He wanders over to the food and water dishes and sniffs at them and looks like he is about to take a bite, but then suddenly turns and walks away or just sits down and stares blankly at the dishes. We are really worried about him and I'm not having much luck finding tricks to get him to eat, so I would really appreciate it, as well, if someone had any advice they'd be willing to share. Thanks.
