Rosie unregistered	posted 08-08-2002 04:07 AM            We have a orphan mini filly whos mother died last Tuesday when she was 12 days old. She is doing fine with feeding and growing stonger but she has horrible constipation. We have taken her to the vet 3 times but she just isn't responding to her treatments. This is our first foal and we are very worried about her, does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you IP: Logged
Pauline unregistered	posted 08-08-2002 04:08 AM            My suggestion would be good quality hay/roughage, and, adding corn oil about 1/4 cup to it's small food ration of grain, be it sweet feed or whole oats. Good luck. IP: Logged
