Ok trying to make this short-

situation- 4 piranhas 9 months old 55g
1 oscar aprox the same age
2 rope snakes and one bichir
and 6 assorted small chichlids

the problem

the biggest and skittiest one dies almost 2 months ago from some no observable sickness accept sometimes it would go into these crazy spazms where it would flip around and hit the class and swim out of control.
Since then, I havn't visibly seen the others piranhas eat. Four days ago I observed one of them was bloated. This kept getting worse over the course and got so bad to where He would almost get caught in the current floating around.

temperments- the first fish was a very timid fish although it was the biggest. It stayed in the huge castle 90 percent of the time. The latest fish was more outgoing and no possible cause is obvious.

the diet- Bloodworms earthworms sometimes steak sometimes shrimp and guppys. Also gold fish was a big part of their diet more so in their first two months.

!!! does any fish expert know what might be the causes?

I took pics which will be post soon

The fact that there were no visible signs on the first fish and the bloated fish (probably dropsy) would indicate bacterial problems. What type of filtration are you using? Also how are you doing your partial water changes and how often? What are your ammonia and nitrite levels and tank PH?
