i gave an electric blue ahli cichlid in a 20 gallon who used to get picked on by another african. He is now alone in the tank so he sems a lot happier, but he developed yellow bright yellow splotches on his tail and the back of his fins. I thought that these spots would go away once i removed the other fish, but they remain and have not improved. Is this a fungus of some type? I really want his coloring to improve since he is the only fish in the tank but he is not nearly as pretty as some of the pictures i have seen of the same species. anybody have any suggestions. thanx IP: Logged |
