One of my female betas last night (who just happened to be the same color of the carpet!) jumped out of her new larger bowl. I went to check on her, and couldn't find her in the bowl. I was going to get on top of the bed to get a better look on the top of the bookshelve, since I could get more of a birds eye view. Well, before I could get on the bed, she flopped out from under my shoe! I had stepped on her! Ugh! She lived through the night, and died this morning. I was hesitant to kill her last night, because she was half dead when I got her, and now she was one of my healthiest betas! Everyone else has seran wrap on top of their bowls! Has anyone else had this happen? IP: Logged |

yup, tis why I 1: don't keep my fish in bowls, and 2: always always keep a lid or cover on my aquariums or at least keep my bettas water low in his 10gal. IP: Logged |
