MY FAMILY AND I HAVE MOVED INTO A NEW PLACE WHERE THE PEOPLE BEFORE US LEFT A HUGH FISH TANK WITH A CONVICT,PACU,2 PLACOTOMUS AND ONE UNKNOW FISH...HE RARELY COMES OUT TO BEEN SEEN AND WHEN HE DID WE FOUND HIM TO HAVE NO EYES..HE HAS EYE SOCKETS BUT THEY ARE ENPTY...HE HAS A FIN OVER THE WHOLE TOP OF HIS BODY AND WHAT LOOKS LIKE A ROUND CIRCLE AT THE BOTTOM OF HIS TAIL..ANY IDEAS OF WHAT THIS IS???? pLEASE HELP IP: Logged |

Round circle at the bottom of his tail is called an eye spot and is very common. Several fish have elongated dorsal fins. Can you possibly send a picture. kc5gvn@swbell.net IP: Logged |
