hello,
its me again. So i planted my tank today,I made fertilizer underneath the gravel but not peat. I've added a piece of boogwood.(After i left it oaking in water fro 3 days) now it still not keeping it gravity, i had to put a big stone which i didn't use to hold it down.Do u have some tips for thi pro,and also i added a black molly to cycle the tank, when should i do my first 30% water change?

You can do water changes in which you clean the gravel, after the tank has cycled. Generally this will be about 5 weeks. The way you can tell is to monitor your nitrite count. Once the nitrites have peaked out and begin to decline your tank has completed it's cycle. If you feel you really need to do water changes before that to keep the water from becoming too hard, you can do partial water changes by removing the water from the top of the tank WITHOUT disturbing the gravel, although this is generally not suggested.
