Hi, I've seen this in my fish previously, as well as my cichlids. with my cichlids I find that it's often abrasion from scrapping with each other. it is usually just a small area of cloudiness on the eye and disappears in a day. If it's still there the next day I would consider doing a water change and maybe changing your filter (if it hasn't been changed for a month or so) If the area gets bigger or turns red, treat for popeye. especially if other fish get it too. good luck!
