It all depends on your fish all you can do is take a chance all fish have different personality's. Just like people. My Jack gets aalong with all his tankmates most of the time Then some days he is in a bad mood and will have eveyone in the corner praying for there lives he has the female Jack stuck at the top hiding behind the filter. When he comes by everyone scatters. Then other days the all swim together happily. Depends on the Fish's Personality Best thing to do is go to the pet store and don't by the first fish you see take a half hour and watch them all and pick out the one thats fits your tanks atmosphere or the one your trying to create. yes, i agree....my jack dempsey is tied for the biggest fish in the tank with my male jewel(3 1/2"), but has never showed any sign of aggresion towards any of my other cichlids, even the 1 1/2" fish. IP: Logged |
