If u have fish that are shy or even if you want fish 2 come out of hiding when you want them to, i would consider doing this. A while ago, my friend told me about a way of making fish not so shy, and me having very pirahnas and cichlids, decided to give his method a try. every-time you are about to feed them, tap on the glass lightly for about 5 seconds, then distribute the food into the tank. After about a week of doing this, the fish will not be afraid of any movement by their tank. Also, whenever you are telling people about your fish, you can just tap on the glass and out come all of your fish being very active. I have had VERY good success with this method. My Red belly's were afraid when-ever i walked by them, now they look at me with curiosity at the front of the tank. I Hope this works to cure your fish from being shy. IP: Logged |
