ok i need some help please, ive wanted a prianha since i was about 6 and now im old enough to get one and i need to know what i need to get for a 20gal. tank i want about 2 or 3 Reds would you all tell me what i need and where to get it all.

Are you in a state were they are not legal for sale? If so you probably have two options
1) buy one online
2) drive to the closest state that sell them and transport it yourself.
I would recommend the second calling the store ahead of time and see if they can isolate one for you and not feed it for a couple of days before you get there. This will cut down on the fish waste in the bag that you bring it home in.
