hey k5gvn the oscar and the catfishare doing great together. sometimes the catfish is even letting the oscar to come let it stay in its cave with him. thank u for ur replies and i look forward to u helping me in the future and oh yea my oscar is going at my tinfoil barbs now becuse i quess he feel more comfortable with his suronding thanks again i named the tiger oscar kevin becuase kevin is my brothers name and i used to pick on him like the catfish used to pick on the oscar and they became good friends.

I'm glad your Oscar is doing better. I hope he grows faster than the Redtail so he doesn't end up as "cat fish food". I had to isolate my Redtail, he was starting to eat everything in the tank. He had a definate preference for other catfish, 1 Zamora and especially for Pangasius of which he ate two. I was watching him when he grabbed the third one, and I grabbed him until he let it go. They're separated now and both doing well.
