i decided to go with the Millenium 3000 power filter im gonna run it with my AquaClear 300 on my 75 Gal tank. i was gonna go with the Emporer bio wheel thing it seemed like a gimmick to me IP: Logged |

Millenium 3000 is one hell of a filter there is no dought about that but trust me Ive seen what the Emporer bio wheel thing can do and its no gimmic it is also a great filter. I am currently useing the Millenium 3000 but when it goes down I will prob go with the Emporer. IP: Logged |

How long have you been runnig the millenium for? how often do you have to rinse/change the filers IP: Logged |

I dont rince it very often. The guy at the pet store told me that as long an water is flowing through it good then its fine. He also said to keep an eye on it where the tube comes over the top of the filter and make sure that ALL the water is going through the filters. You might want to get a 2nd opinion on it though because I dont know how trustworthy the pet store guy is. IP: Logged |
