i feed my arow krill in the morning and beefheart at night... hmm.. you can have a setup but make sure the top area is free for him to swim at.. my arow has never attempted to jump.. he likes it pretty well... 6.8ph... hmm.. i live in old bridge... if you ask me more specific questions i think i can help you out more about the arow =P

yeah i feed mine one whole krill also live food such as guppies and other live bares...how do u keep the beef heart a float...so he'll eat it...i got mine to eat small lizards too was your skidish when u first got him or is it mine is psyco...
old bridge huh...i use to live in manalapan and went to hs in freehold..i use to know peeps in old bridge...now. my family is in south jersey..later JAY

well.. i just drop the beefheart somewhere around where he is.. and as its sinking he swoops for it.. its hot =P... well.. i know a kid named nikko in manalapan.. hmm...my bad yo, but i dont know what u mean by skiddish.. my vocabulary isnt so great... hmmm what kinda lizards?.. dont they have salmonella or somethin?.. i wanna also try to feed him crickets but that kinda stuff freaks me out =P... peace

skididish....real jumpy..likwhen i turn on the light or open the hoodhe goes all psycoand swims to the bottom..i dont know what type of lizard it was but i found it out side...like a small gecko...it was gone within a few seconds. ill have to try crickets...

ah yes.. hes skiddish sometimes.. on occasion hehe... happens in the morning alot.. other than that he's not really that shy anymore

how do i make him used to me..he is way to skidish freaks at everything even when i feed em..anytips on that?? none of my other fish bother him so .....

well.. i read on a site that the guy would touch the arow every time he opened the hood.. at first i thought that the guy was just wierd... but i tried it.. and now hes less skiddish.. and i kinda like doin it now.. haha.. but yea .. hes less skiddish now.. all my friend make fun of me for it.. but at least my fish dont get a heart attack everytime he sees someone...

well ill have try it out...another food to add to my list is crickets...mine ate it...he had freaked when i opened the hood...then i put one cricket and it kicked around...the arowana saw and took it under it was awsome. well i hope this "touching" thing works

i got a foot long arrowana. i feed him like a dozen crickets. he and my soft shelled turtle gobble them all up. whenever i clean the tank out, my arrow comes around and checks out my hand and the tube. i have been able to run my finger along side as he/she swims by... sometimes he's skiddish, sometimes he's cool. totally dig him. i also have 3 freshwater barracudas, 1 marble gar, 1 clown knifefish and a crawdad in there, they all seem to get along.

sounds like a big tankmy clown knife seemed to have gotten into a quarle withe my arowana.. but his skiddish nis is redicku less...but it gettin better...he wont flip if i come near jus when i open the hood..thats where the problem lies...oh welli guess it will get better

i got 2 50s a 120, and a 10..... 120 got the arow, snakehead, eel, pleco.... 50 has a big ass green terror, pleco... other 50 has 2 black piranha's... 10 has an african frog, 2 fire newts and a betta.. u?

dude i live in a military dorm room.. i have a 55 with 11 africans apleco..clown knife and black shark... when ever i move out i will get an 80 or 125 gall...but i have time... i might be gettin rid of the clown knife...hes awsome and all but my kenyi picks on him..im a semi beginner. but its almost balenced in terms of aggresion...
but these are busy times..in the military so...what will be will be..
