I have 2 5-6" pacus, 2 4-5" Red tail Barbs in a new 55 gal. tank. I moved them from the 29 gal. one recently. My question is..I brought in my 5 goldfish from the outdoor pond for the winter..can I keep them with the others? The gold fish are about 7-8" big. I am thinking maybe with them being larger then the Pacu's they wont bother them. Help! IP: Logged |

Depending on what type of pacu (Piractus for example)it is, it will make a meal out of those gold fish sooner or later. IP: Logged |

your pacu will not like that plus goldfish give off allout of ammonia and your pacus will die of that your pacu will end up killing them so no dont. IP: Logged |
