I've had my pictus cats for 2 months. I realized about a week ago that they seem to be loosing their spots. Currently one is completely white(lost all of its spots) and the rest are close to loosing their spots as well. Any suggestions on why?????

The only time I've seen problems with color are when there's not enough light in the aquarium, not enough nutrition (are you using sinking food?), or is the water quality bad (for the pictus the ph has to be pretty close to neutral).
Hope this helps!

The water is good, I feed them feeder danios and ghost shrimp, they are catfish and don't need much light, and They actually seem healthy except for the fact thatthey are turning whiter everyday. The only difference in the water treatment I have done is add a stress coat chemical from the makers of amquel.

Everything is fine, I feed them live feeders and shrimp, They are catfish so they don't need much light. The only difference is that I added stress coat to the water
