First of all, your aquarium is likely way too small to be keeping 20 fish. How often do you change the filter and change some of the water? IP: Logged |

back to u. 12 fish MAX should be in that tank you have, well, 12 of those kinds. Also, what other things do u have in your tank, is the gravel well cleaned, Is there any algae? you have to talke all that into concideration IP: Logged |

Ferdie, bad news. Your tank is way overstocked. Mollies and Tiger Barbs both reach about four inches long when they are fully grown. If you wish to keep all of your fish (very bad idea) then you will have to do your water changes at least once EVERY week. As they grow, even larger and more frequent water changes will be required. My suggestion is to get rid of at least half of your fish or get a bigger tank, 30-40 gallons. IP: Logged |

MOLLIES NEED THEIR OWN TERRITORY TO LIVE, WHICH IS SOMETHING THAT THEY CAN'T DO IN A 10 GALLON TANK THAT IS CROWDED. I WOULD SUGGEST THE SAME AS THE OTHERS-OR THEY WILL PROBABLY JUST KEEP ON DYING. I WAS GOING TO SUGGEST A VERY GOOD FILTERATION SYSTEM BUT I DON'T THINK THAT WILL EVEN HELP.IT'S JUST TO MUCH ACID FOR THEIR LIVING SPACE. BEFORE YOU BUY THINGS YOU SHOULD ALWAYS ASK THE PET STORE FOR THE INFO ON THE CAPACITY FOR THE FISH TANK AND ANYTHING YOU CAN. GOOD LUCK. IP: Logged |
