if you plan to add a new fish try to get another red belly of similar size. They schould do ok together if they start to eat each other add about 2 doz. feeders. the feeders will keep them from eating each other. I had 4 red bellys in a 55 gal with no problems.

You really should not add anymore fish to the tank after 4 weeks of having the origanal fish in the tank. They may eat eachother.

If you add teh other fish take it out and redecorate your tank and then release both at teh same time. I would reccomend at least 3 so one does not bully teh other one

You can probably pull it off, I have had sucess with a similar situation. Just try to get 2 more RBPs instead of just one (to spread out any aggression). Also be sure to take out the fish you have in there now, re-arrange everything in the tank, then add all three in at the same time. This will help to eliminate any territories your old fish has.
Good luck.
Ps, i hope youll give them enough room (roughly 20 gallons per fish)
