SO, once Winnie got on adult food she got tear stains. I am assuming its from the change of food. She is all white except her face!!! she looks like a raccoon!! i am going to try cornstarch on her stains. A groomer uses it as well and told me about it. i will let you know what happens!!!

so it lightened up the tear stains by disguising them...not by getting rid of them. i let her outside to go potty and the cornstarch became sticky and clumpy due to the snow!!!!!! dont try this at home!

My poodle never had staining. until recently. It is either allergy or infection. I was given anti-biotics for for her. Vet also siad she could have had a problem with all the ash from all the fires. I just need to keep her body very clean and keep hair clipped away from eyes. I have even thought of cleaning carefully around that area with peroxide. It bleached my terriers hair.. I used it on a sore he had.
