bellasmommy Member Posts: 142 From:miami, fl, usa Registered: Oct 2002	posted 11-06-2003 09:27 PM many breeds that have standing ears actually have flopped ears as young pups.. from my experience the ears begin to stand up between 4-8 months.. have you looked online at yorkie websites to see when their ears should begin to stand up? have you asked your vet about this? in my opinion i would give it time for the ears to stand the ear flopping down should not be a problem, if it remains flopped once the dog is an adult the only problem that may occur is ear infection.. but nothing serious will result from flopped ears..
