Hi all, I have a question to ask of anyone who may be willing to respond. I have a handsome 3 1/2 month old male peekapoo named Kelsie. He is an absolute joy. The concern that I have, is that when he runs, it resembles a car that is badly out of alignment. The front half of his body is straight and on course, but the rear half is at a steep angle kind of like this "////////" It is quite a sight to see. I am not sure if this is normal, or should I be concerned about possible hip problems. Any response will be greatly appreciated!! IP: Logged |

Typically it is the larger breeds that have hip problems. I have never seen a dog with this problem. You may want to ask your Vet what he/she thinks. IP: Logged |

Some dogs walk with a sideways gait. If you know what I mean. IP: Logged |
