My yorkie will absolutely hold it all day long on a rainey day. It's been raining here for two days and he knows he should not go in the house and he doesn't want to step on the wet grass. I'm confused because this is the same dog who will jump in the bath tub while it's running or the shower every chance he gets. Anyone having this problem? I tried to put him out in the grass 2x's yesterday and he freaked out, to the point that I felt bad for putting him down in the middle of the yard. My younger puppy has no problem. She always looks like a little wet mouse on rainy days cause she runs right out and into the middle of the yard. I hate to keep him locked iin his crate on rainy days but if I let him out he's going to let out about two days of pee right on my carpet. He will hold it until he just can't hold it any more. He just refuses to get anywhere near the back yard when it rains. It's not like my yard floods or anything so I'm really concerned. It's got to be uncomfortable for him as well. IP: Logged |
