she had coccidea when i got her. took her to the vet and got her on medicine for that.

she was supposed to take it for six days. she had just gotten better the last day of that medicine and as soon as i stopped it (as i was supposed to) she started with the diarrhea again.

i can't reach the vet (thanksgiving) and i don't know what to do, i still have more of the medicine but i don't want to give her too much and poison her but obviously she's still sick.

also, she has these sores on her face. we have no fleas or anything, but it looks like she gets these big mosquito bites that scab up on her face (we have no mosquitoes, either, i don't know what it is) she doesn't have them anywhere else on her body but they just keep coming up on her head and face.

does anyone have any suggestions on how to take care of her until i can get in to see the vet on monday?

Maybe you can tell the person who you got her off that she has these problems and give him/her a good kick up the ***! Yes 6 weeks is too young to be taken from her mummy and things like worms and mites can only come from badly raised parents and poor living conditions.

I suggest you contact the "breeder" and tell them whats wrong with the pup so they can check the rest of the litter (if there is any left!)
