is there a way to find out what kind of pitty i have like if its a red-nose or anything eles ?

Well, if it's a red-nose, it will have a reddish/copperish/brownish nose and "eyeliner". A "red-nose" isn't really a type of pit bulls though, just a color, like black. Same goes for "blue-nose" dogs, they have greyish/smoke colored skin pigment/fur.

And the only way to tell what lines your dog is from is to have a pedigree that shows the generations preceding your dog, even then, if your breeder and the breeders of the dogs before theirs weren't honest or knowledgeable, there's not way of being sure that your dog is what the ped says it is.
