1 A sire is the father of the pups, dam is the mother

2 Bloodlines is pretty much dog geneology;

3 It depends, I would stay away from Eli, Gatormouth, Chinaman ?? (Someone help me out, don't know the bloodlines well)
One of my faviorite bloodlines is Redboy, others are Jocko, Pajo, Bordeauz
I will get a list and post it.. give me a bit..

4 A pedigree is the family history.. it is just like a persons family tree.. it shows any titles they held as well.

What is your reasoning for staying away from these bloodlines and what do you find wrong with them?

Well Freedom.. I really can't say much about it.. Because I am not too into the bloodlines so I do not know much about them.. I honestly never really bothered getting into the bloodlines, it is technically what makes the dog-- but in the other hand it isn't. However, my reason for sayign that was because I was a member of the Pitbull-l mailing list until they turned stupid.. lol I hate that list now... We had a big debate and some of the people came to figure that these are fighting bloodlines. BUT-- don't quote me please, because I am not sure of this. Anyways.. I always judged the dog for the dog.. lol.
