I am with you, Ray. LaurenB, I hope that everything is going OK with your puppy. We all make mistakes and we learn from them. You said in one of your posts that you are looking into more positive methods of training and I think that is great. I hope that you continue to come here for help as this website is to help and educate and I hope in the future that you see that here.
