Hello All, Are raw hide chews good or not? I need something for my Abbey but I am not sure what to buy. I do give her raw beef bones every 2 weeks, but I think she needs a little something to chew daily while in her crate, any suggestions? Thanks! ------------------ IP: Logged |

There are a couple of recent threads about this. In a nutshell, rawhide is generally considered not good. Greenies are good, but dogs go through them pretty fast, in my experience. It won't entertain for long in a crate. I would suggest becoming an expert Kong stuffer. I am still learning, but Maisey claims she is a Kong Goddess. If you do a search for "Kong" in this forum, you should be able to find some links to Kong recipes.
