I found this web site and thought it was a good resource. Please don't take the information for the golden truth...always double check with your veterinarian.

Maisey, thanks for the info. I found another web-site that i posted here about Antihistamines. I like the info about snake bites. We have rattlers here and neighbors are always seeing them and one neighbor has had theri dog bit twice. luckily we have never seen one on our property

I liked much of the info...the Reverse Sneezing Syndrome applied to my Poodle, I always wondered what it was. The snake bite info is great for us because we trail ride, camp, fish, hike and generally travel. We go to Eastern Oregon quite a bit too.

Maisey - thank you for pointing out the reverse sneezing part. That sounds exactly like what my cat has! He has been to the vet so many times because of this, and I have spent $$ only to tell me it sounds liek allergies. Since he has never had an episoed in the front of the vet. My heart goes out to him when he has these attacks. He has them ever since we got him. I am going to look into this further.

So glad it helped Honeybear....Darby never did it in front of my vet either, it always frustrated me and I could never come up with an adequate description of what he was doing.
