I just recently bought a pom/sheltie mix, and so far I have partially housebroken her. When I take her outside she runs to her "spot" and does her duty, so I know that she knows she is only supposed to go in that one spot. However, inside the house she still goes wherever she wants. I leave the backyard door open so she could easily walk out and do her business, but she opts instead to pee on the kitchen floor. Does she think that she can pee anywhere inside, but only in that one spot while outside? How can train her to do her business in that one spot outside? any help will be REALLY appreciated IP: Logged |
