How do you post a photo to the Message Board?

I'd love to be able to share a photo of my dog and cats :-)

no spaces in the picture path. The picture needs to be at a place like photoisland, the path can't be to your own computer.
www.PhotoIsland.com is a place where you can upload your pictures for free and keep them in an album.
