Hello Jessica, I am sorry your dog is ill, I know it's a helpless feeling. You need to get your dog to a vet immediately. Dehydration is a concern here, just like it would be in people. A vet is the best person to help you find out whats wrong with your pup.

Go to the vet right away. Getting him to stop throwing up is probably the only way to get him to eat and keep it down.

My cat once ate a foam earplug and threw up green bile several times in two days. (I don't know if your dog throwing up yellow would by anywhere the same) But, my cat was blocked at the intestines.

I honestly don't know what's wrong with your dog, but I think it's very important to get a vet to help you. There may not be an answer that you can do without professional help.

Good luck!

Please, this is a no brainer. Your dog is seriously sick. If you care at all about your dog, get him to a vet ASAP.

you need to take him to the vet.and i'm not trying to tell you what to do but you should change his food because kibbles and bits isn't very healthy. dogs tend to eat just the soft parts of the food which has no nutritional value.
good luck with your dog.
