Hi everyone, I am VERY active with our local humane society. Today, a "puppy mill" poodle came in. Reason for surrender is her special needs. She has a pouch on her esophagus which lays on her heart. She has a grade2 heart murmur. My vet is VERY confident that this little girl can live a happy, full, life. Does anyone have ANY experience with esophagus pouch puppies? I forgot the exact medical term for it, I will get it, again, from my vet tomorrow and start surfing the net.... but I so much prefer "laymans terms". Oh, and she needs a name too! IP: Logged |
