stubborn as a mule and she's still itching.

We're going to Vet tomorrow.

I have stopped all treats....and still itching. It's making me crazy...now I'm itching.

Do you mean the same Benedryl humans take? What dose?

Why did you give it to your dog? For allergies? Or to help calm her down. I'd be curious as to what different people have tried to help calm their dogs down.

Yes Sally..human (childrens benadryl liquid) for allergy.

Pitbull thanks for your help. Should it have totally stopped the itching if it had been an allergy ?

Maybe she's hasn't taken enough yet...she sure did get WEIRD on me. Fell asleep in my hand whild I was cleaning her eyes...so cute.

But she got stubborn on the benadryl...funny huh...it is a MOOD ALTERING DRUG.

If she is itching as bad as you say she is,then it may take a while for the benadryl to kick in.I give my baby one pill a day.It prevents his skin from getting itchy. You said you are taking her to the vet today?Let me know what they had to say.it might not be allergies.

I have been thinking of giving my poodle benydryl for her springtime allergies. But I want to hear from more people of how well it works. I personally can't stand what benydryl does to me. I took it once and it really messed up my equalibrium and I had pull over and let my husband drive.
