I know where these spots come from. White dogs tend to be more sensitive to the food they eat. When I was feeding a lesser grade of food, my dog haad these under his belly. As soon as I switched to a better quality dog food they WENT AWAY COMPLETLEY. Same for his little sister and his sisters puppies. All depends on the food! What brand are you currently feeding?
