I have a 2 year old female shih-poo and am looking for a stud to breed with. I would like a stud smaller than she is (under 9 lbs) but I don't know if I need to breed her with another shih-poo or if I need to use a poodle. I live in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area. Anyone who knows of a local stud service or knows about breeding shih-poos please let me know.

Your local Vet. usually has a list of breeders. Once you do have a few breeders in mind ask around about them just to make sure they're not some drunk redneck. Or a deadbeat for that matter.

If by some weird chance a drunk redneck can read this-no offense.
