You didn't say if she was doing this while you are home or only when you are away. If it is only when you are gone, I'd guess it is a result of seperation anxiaty. You should go to "dogbreedinfo.com" for some great insight on different behavioral problems. You'll be amazed how informative this web sight is. It covers about anything you might encounter with a dog, not to mention some great history and background on most all breeds and the different types of behavioral problems they are prone to. Hope this helps...

Hi Jan, I was curious on a couple of things one being what kind of dog is this and how old? What I would be careful with is how old is the plaster due to the fact that years ago there used to have lead in paint materials, secondly the plaster what is the age of it? If this is fairly new paint, plaster and if it were me I would just leave off the wallpaper for now. Dogs have been known to eat alot of things, when I was a kid we had 2 chi's they had no problem eating the wood door in the bedroom while we were gone. The other person in this post asked if it happened while you were gone. If this is the case and only happens when you are away, maybe you should consider a crate, for the dogs safety. As far as the radiator I'm guessing there must be some kind of moisture on it? They make a liquid for kids to stop biting their nails..you might want to check it out and buy it and put it on the radiator, this stuff has a very bitter taste..Well good luck with him or her and keep us informed. P.S. maybe you can block the area with furniture or anything so he or she gets their attention off this area...
