Hi,
I live in Indiana too, and I was on a "mission" last spring to find a Standard Poodle. I found a wonderful web sight that lists every classified newspaper ad in every state. You just go to "www.classifiedsatoz.com", select the state, and when a list of towns and the names of their newspaper comes up, select the one you want to see. A little tip, it will give you the option of going to that papers classifieds OR go to just that paper (front page). If you try "classifieds" and it can't find it, go to that paper, and it will take you to the front page where you can then choose "classifieds" and it will let you go there.I had this problem on a couple of the listings. I did eventually find my poodle this way, but not in Indiana. I checked every classified in every major town in the state with no luck, so I began checking surrounding states and looked in border cities first (Louisville, Ky - Dayton, Ohio) and found him outside Dayton. It was a 3 hour drive but worth it. Hope this helps. Good luck, and post to let me know it you have any luck. I'd like to know...
