It would not hurt to have the vet look him over again just to make sure there isnt anything else wrong with him. Several days is a long time to not be eating or drinking.. How often are u using the syringe?? Give small amounts of water every 10-15mins warm his food up a little but make sure its not hot and this will increase the smell and hopefully this will help him eat if not.. Crush down some oats so they are tiny cook them in some kitten substitute formula allow it to cool and feed him that until you can get him back to a vet. He needs to have something in his system to help make the antibiotics work as they take longer to take effect if the animal is not eating or drinking.. Please keep us posted of his progress... I also heard on here to give yogurt when they are on anitbiotics. It gives them some of the good bacteria that they need so they don't get other infections. IP: Logged

Im not saying your cat has this but get it checked out early so the vet can do something or eliminate it as a possible cause. hope your cat gets better. IP: Logged
